Stability Ball Rollout

Preparation:

  • Kneel behind stability ball with hands on ball and shoulders relaxed and back.

Movement:

  • Roll ball forward and bring upper body forward while keeping abdominal muscles drawn in.
  • Roll as far as you can without letting back arch.    Keep hips forward.
  • Return to starting position and repeat.
  • To increase difficulty place hands lower on ball.  Place hands higher on ball to make easier.
