Preparation: - Put Miniband on just above knees. - Lay on floor with knees bent more than 90 degrees, hands flat on floor.
Movement: - Keeping knees bent to more than 90 degrees (so lower back stays on the floor at all times), bring knees apart while simultaneously bringing heels together and toes apart. - Hold knees apart for 2-5 seconds, then repeat 8-15 times. |
